Ingredients:

• 4 cups kale, thinly sliced

• 3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced

• 1 large onion, finely chopped

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 chorizo sausage, sliced

• 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth

• 1/2 cup olive oil

• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

• Salt and black pepper to taste

• 1 bay leaf

• 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions:

• Prepare the Kale: Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Roll the leaves tightly and slice them into thin ribbons. Set aside.
